According to the World Health Organization’s initial coding guidance, if a decedent had either tested positive—using a PCR test later confirmed by the New York Times to have a false positive rate over 85%—or been in contact with anyone who had within several weeks prior to their death, then the death should be classified as a “Covid death.” This enormous number of “Covid deaths” was obviously belied by the fact that many places reporting those “Covid deaths,” such as Maine, actually had no excess deaths to speak of.Thus, this article reexamines data from the US CDC on all-cause excess deaths by state during peak lockdown in April 2020 using the information we now know to determine what actually caused them.This examination concludes that, contrary to popular belief, there was no uniquely deadly strain or variant emanating out of New York in spring 2020; this is clear from the fact that several states close to New York such as Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine experienced little to no excess deaths during that time period.On the contrary, over 30,000 Americans appear to have been killed by mechanical ventilators or other forms of medical iatrogenesis throughout April 2020, primarily in the area around New York.This result is not altogether surprising, as subsequent studies revealed a 97.2% mortality rate among those over age 65 who were put on mechanical ventilators in accordance with the initial guidance from the WHO—as opposed to a 26.6% mortality rate among those over age 65 who weren’t put on mechanical ventilators—before a grassroots campaign put a stop to the practice by the beginning of May 2020.As one doctor later told the Wall Street Journal, “We were intubating sick patients very early. Not for the patients’ benefit, but in order to control the epidemic… That felt awful.”To put this in perspective, patients over age 65 were more than 26 times as likely to survive if they were not placed on mechanical ventilators.Weekly Excess Deaths by State in April 2020Below are all-cause excess deaths and percentage of all-cause excess deaths per capita (“Percent Excess Estimate”) by state for each week of April 2020. All data used in this examination is obtained from “National and State Estimates of Excess Deaths,” available on the US CDC website at “Excess Deaths Associated with COVID-19.”(Note: Although many of these hospitalizations and deaths may have actually occurred in March 2020, due to time lag in reporting, the vast majority were recorded in April 2020. Thus, April 2020 provides the most consistent and robust data set. After April 2020, excess deaths taper off significantly.)The first pattern that emerges from this data is a clear correlation between population density particularly in low-income areas, cold weather, and excess deaths per capita.For example, percent excess deaths were high in Michigan and Illinois, both of which are cold states with fairly dense and relatively poor urban centers. Percent excess deaths were likewise high in Louisiana, a warm but especially poor and dense state. Percent excess deaths were also somewhat high in Wyoming, a sparse but very cold state. By contrast, percent excess deaths were relatively low in California and Florida, both of which are somewhat dense but also warm and relatively rich states.A clear cluster forms at the top of the chart in the area around New York City, with New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts generally experiencing the greatest percentages of excess deaths per capita for each week of April 2020. To be sure, each of these four states is a cold state with dense low-income areas, which goes a long way to account for their high excess deaths. However, outside of those four states, excess deaths per capita fall into a more normal range.It may be tempting, therefore, to conclude that a particularly deadly strain or variant emerged around March 2020 in New York and began emanating from there, which was generally the mainstream narrative at the time.However, the idea that a particularly deadly strain or variant began emanating from New York in March 2020 is belied by the fact that states like Vermont and New Hampshire, which are both very close to New York, had some of the lowest percentages of excess deaths of any states. Even more remarkably, Maine is very close to New York and had virtually no excess deaths to speak of throughout April 2020.These counterexamples of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine, each of which is very close to New York but experienced few if any excess deaths in spring 2020, strongly refute the notion that a particularly deadly virus began spreading from New York in March 2020. This is also in line with the many studies that have now shown Covid actually began spreading undetected allover the world by fall 2019 at the very latest.Explaining Outsized Excess Deaths in NY, NJ, CT, and MA in April 2020If Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine belie the notion that a supervirus emanated from New York in March 2020, then what may account for the particularly high excess deaths in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts in April 2020?The answer is that the area around New York experienced a particular hysteria for the use of mechanical ventilators in spring 2020 to an extent that other states did not. Although no one has yet collected data on just how many patients were placed on mechanical ventilators in spring 2020, we can get a sense for the level of this hysteria from the hundreds of headlines advocating mechanical ventilators that sprung up around that time.For example, Google yields hundreds of results for the query “New York mechanical ventilators 2020.” A sample of the hundreds of headlines are ones such as: “NY may need 24,000 more ventilators to fight COVID-19. Here’s how it could get them,” “Which coronavirus patients will get life-saving ventilators? Guidelines show how hospitals in NYC, US will decide,” “New York City Needs 400 Ventilators by Sunday, de Blasio Says,” “Amid Ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, Governor Cuomo Announces 1,000 Ventilators Donated to New York State,” “A New York hospital is treating two patients on a device intended for one.”Likewise, Google yields hundreds of results for the query “New Jersey mechanical ventilators 2020.” A sample of some of these headlines include: “New Jersey hospitals scrambling for more ventilators as coronavirus cases surge,” “Why Ventilators Are Critical and How NJ Is Preparing for a Possible Shortage,” “New Jersey officials planning for possibility of rationing ventilators,” “There could be a shortage of lifesaving equipment in New Jersey. Unfortunately, no one has yet seriously answered that question. However, we can form a conservative estimate based on the data above by using the percentage of excess deaths in a comparable state that did not experience as much ventilator hysteria.As mentioned, outside of the New York area, Michigan also experienced a high percentage of excess deaths per capita in April 2020. Michigan is even colder than New York and New Jersey in terms of its climate, and its low-income urban centers are even more dense, both of which were primary factors correlating with excess deaths in spring 2020. Like New York and New Jersey, Michigan also had a strict lockdown at that time.However, Michigan did not experience nearly the same level of hysteria for mechanical ventilators as did the New York area, and Michigan’s rate of excess deaths, while high, was more in line with that of other states.Thus, we can assume that if New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts had not engaged in ventilator hysteria, then their percentages of excess deaths per capita would have been more similar to that of Michigan.Accordingly, below, I’ve calculated the number of excess deaths that New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts would have experienced for each week if they’d had the same percentage of excess deaths as Michigan.By subtracting the number of excess deaths that each state would have experienced if their excess death rate had been the same as that of Michigan from the number of excess deaths they actually experienced each week, we can see that in total, during April 2020, approximately 17,289 deaths in New York City, 7,347 deaths in New Jersey, 803 deaths in Massachusetts, 788 deaths in Connecticut, and 3,725 deaths in New York outside New York City were attributable to the overuse of mechanical ventilators or other iatrogenesis.All told, this data indicates that some 30,000 patients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts were killed by mechanical ventilators or other medical iatrogenesis in April 2020.This is, of course, a very conservative way of estimating the number of patients killed by ventilators and iatrogenesis during this timeframe. To be sure, some unknown number of patients were put on ventilators in Michigan and other states as well. Thus, the true number of Americans killed by mechanical ventilators and other iatrogenesis in April 2020 is likely higher than 30,000.While this methodology may be simple, it has proven accurate in the past. For example, my calculation that approximately 200,000 Americans had been killed by lockdowns and Covid mandates by comparing the rate of excess deaths in America to that of Sweden was subsequently borne out in a study by the National Bureau of Economic Research.In conclusion, low-income population density, cold weather, and the overuse of mechanical ventilators were all strong correlates with excess deaths in spring 2020. The popular belief that a particularly deadly strain or variant emanated out of New York in March 2020 is belied by the absence of excess deaths in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Rather, the outsized number of excess deaths in the area around New York is better explained by the particular hysteria in that region for mechanical ventilators which decreased the survival rate for patients over age 65 by 26-fold. Some 30,000 patients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts appear to have been killed by mechanical ventilators or other medical iatrogenesis in April 2020.The importance of further study into the actual causes of excess deaths in spring 2020 and the source of the guidance that led to them can’t be overstated. The legal protections afforded to the WHO by virtue of its status as an international governing body and to China by virtue of its status as a globally-connected totalitarian dictatorship make it uniquely difficult to bring class action lawsuits over this deadly initial Covid guidance or to shed light on it. With our modern insistence on evidence-based medicine, we would never significantly invest in medical infrastructure that has not been proven beneficial by a randomised control trial. Rather, it used Twitter, YouTube, and even podcasts.The first public statement from this clandestine movement seems to have come second-hand from the influential cardiologist and blogger, Dr John Mandrola:The first life-support specialist I can find who spoke publicly on this point was Dr Cameron Kyle-Sidell. He had only started independent practice in a makeshift Covid-19 unit in New York City one week beforehand.While most governments were in a mad dash to manufacture ventilators for Covid-19, a burgeoning movement within the medical community was starting to question their useHis utterances had an out-of-the-mouth-of-babes quality. Only someone so fresh would both notice and baldly declare the emperor’s lack of clothes: that ventilators were possibly doing more harm than good. Patients left to breath on their own with very low blood oxygen levels were not perishing as standard medical opinion would have predicted. Dr Kyle-Sidell then used YouTube to further voice his concerns. His first video has now been watched more than 700,000 times. This has to be a world first for one man’s rather esoteric rant about the physiology of mechanical ventilation.Dr Kyle-Sidell was martyred for his efforts. A week after his viral YouTube rant, he told the popular emergency medicine podcast REBEL EM, that he ‘had a moral issue with the protocols, which are the standard protocols across the country,’ and had been forced to ‘step down from my ICU position’ at Maimonides hospital in New York. Some 30,000 patients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts appear to have been killed by mechanical ventilators or other medical iatrogenesis in April 2020.The importance of further study into the actual causes of excess deaths in spring 2020 and the source of the guidance that led to them can’t be overstated. The clip above is from United Nations’ global communications representative Melissa Fleming, who spoke on a World Economic Forum disinformation panel on Sept 28, 2022. A transcript of that clip reads:
We partnered with Google, for example. If you Google climate change, at the top of your search, you will get all kinds of UN resources. We started this partnership when we were shocked to see that when we’d Googled climate change, we were getting incredibly distorted information right at the top.
We are becoming much more proactive. We own the science and we think that the world should know it, and the platforms themselves also do. But again, it’s a huge, huge challenge that I think all sectors of society need to be very active-

The United Nations claims that they ‘own the science.’ For this reason, they have partnered with the big tech platforms to manipulate search results, and they are pouring vast quantities of money into globalist media outlets to ensure their version of “the science” is the one that we get to read.
The thing is – when you listen to the full panel discussion linked above, the UN speaker -Ms. Fleming is not just saying that the UN is censoring speech on climate change. She also suggests that the UN with the WEF is censoring many scientific discussions, such as the topic of COVID-19, and the UN is in the process of setting up the tools to censor ALL misinformation that the UN deems unhelpful for a “stable, peaceful, harmonious and UNITED world”.
Moderating the “Tackling Disinformation” panel was the WEF managing director Adrian Monc. He states that there has been “professionalization of disinformation” including “COVID -19 state sponsored actors engaged in that.” What does that even mean? That somehow those of us critical of the COVID-19 policies are “state sponsored” actors? Frankly, his statements during the discussion were bizarre and paranoid.
This is what is clear. The actions of the UN, acting with its strategic partner the WEF, to stifle free speech have created a dangerous situation for our country and the world. The United Nations is engaging in psyops operations, on information control on all of us. This is beyond anything we all could have imagined ten years ago. We all used to joke about “1984,” now it just seems like a cliche. Because that future is here. This is a situation that only Congress can rectify.
Melissa Fleming’s remarks in this discussion were astounding, here are a few examples:

Mr. Monc. who now calls critics of the WEF and components of its great reset agenda white supremacists and anti-Semites.

This statement of course, is completely false. One could say that it is disinformation even. In other words, this is pysops from the WEF. The phrase didn’t “start life as a screenshot…culled from the internet by an anonymous anti-semitic account on the image board 4chan” as the WEF director states.
The phrase came directly from a video on the WEF’s own website and social media channels in 2016. The WEF still has it on their own website and it is still part of their agenda!

The UN, with its strategic partner the WEF, wants to own more than “The Science,” they want to own and control what is published on the Internet in total. They want to own “The Politics,” “The World Agenda” and “The Narrative.”
The United States as a country, and the free people who are citizens of the United States, cannot let the United Nations and their World Economic Forum strategic partners control what we write and publish, what we get to read, and even what we think. We must elect leaders who are willing to stand up to the UN. Congress must become engaged – the UN is out of control, and the President of the United States is acting like a captured ally of the Globalists.

Patrick Moore, mede-oprichter van Greenpeace, zegt dat de organisatie is ‘gekaapt door linkse activisten die onnodig angst aanwakkeren, zodat het publiek hen geld stuurt’. Het verhaal over klimaatverandering is volgens hem gebaseerd op leugens.
Moore promoveerde in 1974 in de ecologie aan de University of British Columbia en ontving in 2005 een eredoctoraat in de wetenschap aan de North Carolina State University. Hij was in 1971 één van de oprichters van Greenpeace, maar verliet de organisatie in 1986 uit onvrede over de ingeslagen weg.
Op basis van e-mailcorrespondentie tussen Moore en de Zuid-Koreaanse professor milieuwetenschappen Seok-soon Park publiceerde The Epoch Times een uitgebreid interview, waarin Moore in niet mis te verstane bewoordingen het klimaatalarmisme onderuithaalt.
“Greenpeace werd ‘gekaapt’ door politiek links toen ze zich realiseerden dat er geld en macht zat in de milieubeweging. Linksgeoriënteerde politieke activisten in Noord-Amerika en Europa veranderden Greenpeace van een op wetenschap gebaseerde organisatie in een politieke fondsenwervende organisatie,” zegt hij. “De ‘milieubeweging’ is meer een politieke beweging geworden. Ze zijn vooral gericht op het creëren van verhalen die angst en schuldgevoel aanjagen, zodat het publiek hen geld stuurt.”
Ook het Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) – het klimaatpanel van de Verenigde Naties – is volgens Moore verre van neutraal. “Het IPCC is geen wetenschappelijke organisatie,” zegt hij. “Het is een politieke organisatie die bestaat uit de Wereld Meteorologische Organisatie en het Milieuprogramma van de Verenigde Naties. Het IPCC huurt wetenschappers in om hen te voorzien van ‘informatie’ die het verhaal van de ‘klimaatnoodsituatie’ ondersteunt. Hun campagnes tegen fossiele brandstoffen, kernenergie, CO2 en plastic zijn misleidend en bedoeld om mensen te laten denken dat de wereld zal vergaan, tenzij we onze beschaving lamleggen en onze economie vernietigen. Ze hebben nu een negatieve invloed op de toekomst van zowel het milieu als de menselijke beschaving.”
Greenpeace gebruikt een groot deel van de donaties voor advertenties en fondsenwervingsprogramma’s. Vrijwel al dit soort campagnes zijn gebaseerd op onwaarheden, volgens Moore, die het voorbeeld van ‘de uitstervende ijsberen’ aanhaalt.
“Het IJsbeerverdrag, dat in 1973 door alle poollanden is ondertekend om de onbeperkte jacht op ijsberen te verbieden, wordt nooit genoemd in de media, door Greenpeace, of door politici die zeggen dat de ijsbeer uitsterft door het smeltende ijs op de Noordpool. In feite is de ijsbeerpopulatie toegenomen van 6.000 – 8.000 in 1973 tot 30.000 – 50.000 nu. Dit wordt niet betwist,” zegt Moore. “Maar nu zeggen ze dat de ijsbeer in 2100 zal uitsterven, alsof ze een magische kristallen bol hebben die de toekomst kan voorspellen. Er lag de afgelopen winter op de Noordpool meer ijs ten opzichte van voorgaande jaren, en Antarctica was de afgelopen winter kouder dan in de afgelopen vijftig jaar.”

Het is duidelijk dat de wereld opwarmt sinds ongeveer het jaar 1700, 150 jaar voordat we fossiele brandstoffen gebruikten. 1700 was het hoogtepunt van de Kleine IJstijd, die zeer koud was en mislukte oogsten en hongersnood veroorzaakte,” zegt Moore. “Zelfs tot ongeveer 1950 waren de hoeveelheid gebruikte fossiele brandstoffen en de CO2-uitstoot zeer gering in vergelijking met vandaag. We weten niet wat de oorzaak is van deze periodieke temperatuurschommelingen, maar het was zeker niet CO2.”
Moore noemt de demonisering van CO2 ‘compleet belachelijk’. Volgens hem is CO2 de basis van al het leven op aarde en is vandaag de concentratie ervan in de atmosfeer, zelfs met de stijging, lager dan ze was voor een groot deel van het bestaan van het leven.
Uit een studie van 2013 blijkt dat de toename van CO2 de afgelopen dertig jaar heeft bijgedragen tot een toename van het groene bladerdek in de dorre gebieden van de wereld. De Australische overheidsinstelling CSIRO voerde dat onderzoekuit in samenwerking met de Australian National University (ANU). De gegevens waren gebaseerd op satellietwaarnemingen van het jaar 1982 tot 2010 in delen van de dorre gebieden in Australië, Noord-Amerika, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika.
In het bestudeerde gebied werd er een toename van 11 procent gevonden in het bladerdek als gevolg van wat ‘CO2-bemesting’ wordt genoemd. Volgens de studie treedt een bevruchtingseffect op wanneer verhoogde CO2-niveaus een blad tijdens fotosynthese – het proces waarbij groene planten zonlicht omzetten in suiker – in staat stellen meer koolstof uit de lucht te halen of minder water aan de lucht te verliezen, of beide.
“Ik geloof dat de menselijke bevolking altijd kwetsbaar is geweest voor mensen die onheil voorspellen met valse verhalen,” zegt Moore. “De Azteken gooiden maagden in vulkanen, en de Europeanen en Amerikanen verbrandden 200 jaar lang vrouwen als heksen met de bewering dat dit de wereld zou ‘redden’ van slechte mensen. Dit wordt ‘kuddementaliteit’, ‘groepsdenken’ of ‘sektegedrag’ genoemd. Mensen zijn sociale dieren met een hiërarchie en het is het makkelijkst om een hoge positie te verwerven door angst en controle te gebruiken.”
Volgens Moore gaan de apocalyptische klimaatvoorspellingen vooral over ‘politieke macht en controle’. Daarom zet hij zich in om mensen te laten zien dat de situatie niet zo negatief is als hen wordt verteld. “Vandaag maken onze nakomelingen beslissingen waar onze kleinkinderen voor zullen moeten betalen,” zegt hij. “Voorspellingen dat de wereld vergaat, worden al duizenden jaren gedaan. Niet één keer is dit uitgekomen. Waarom zouden we het nu wel geloven?”
Patrick Moore is één van de meer dan 1.200 wetenschappers die hun handtekening hebben gezet onder de World Climate Declaration van het Nederlandse Clintel. Deze verklaring stelt dat er geen sprake is van een klimaatcrisis.

This period of the Jacobin rule was the first time in history that terror became an official government policy with the stated aim to use violence to achieve a higher political goal.The Reign of Terror (September 5, 1793 – July 28, 1794), also known as The Terror, was a period of violence during the French Revolution incited by conflict between two rival political factions, the Girondins (moderate republicans) and the Jacobins (radical republicans), and marked by mass executions of “the enemies of the revolution.” The foundation of the Terror was centered around the April 1793 creation of the Committee of Public Safety. As a wartime measure, the Committee was given broad supervisory powers over military, judicial, and legislative efforts. Its power peaked between August 1793 and July 1794 under the leadership of Robespierre, who established a virtual dictatorship. On June 1794, Robespierre, who favored deism over atheism, recommended that the Convention acknowledge the existence of his god. And among the things that I worry about on a daily basis is the rise of Jacobinism. The risk of developing a culture that promotes and thrives on circular firing squads and conspiracy theories. We have plenty to focus on without that sort of drama. We are seeing the beginning of Jacobinism develop with our hypnotized opponents, just as my friend and scholar of mass movements Dr. Mattias Desmet had long predicted. Those who are participating in “The Mass” are beginning to attack their own, with WEF-young leader trained Dr. Lena Wen being one of the first targets for the unforgivable sin of becoming more reasonable about masking and school policies. And I have seen it all along, cropping up from time to time, within our ranks also. But one particular cell of conspirators seems to have invested quite a bit of energy in lobbing grenades at me of late. If you know of whom I refer, then good on you. Over the last couple of years, many have build new empires, new personas, new business models based on various aspects of the COVIDcrisis. Some have gone from preparing for retirement to traveling all the time while writing daily substack articles. Some are busy making money by selling books chronicling their experiences. And others have gone from working as a bounty hunter to operating a small podcast media business. All of these now face a new threat (I personally think “existential threat” is over used) – that threat being change. Some will adapt to the new threat, information and strategy landscape, others will fall away. The only predictable constant going forward from here will be change. Earlier today, a colleague wrote to me “Do you perceive that we are fated to participate in a globalist world?” My reply? “The future truly hangs in the balance. Cultural and political transitions are inherently unstable.In June 1793, Paris sections took over the Convention, calling for administrative and political purges, a low fixed price for bread, and a limitation of the electoral franchise to sans-culottes alone. The Jacobins identified themselves with the popular movement and the sans-culottes, who in turn saw popular violence as a political right. The sans-culottes, exasperated by the inadequacies of the government, invaded the Convention and overthrew the Girondins. Seems to be some conflict I’ve read. Thank you”@Lab_Mom writes: “Why have you never announced you are CURRENTLY working for the NIH developing the next SARS-COV-2 vaccine???”And this is an example of a hybrid combining J’Accuse #1 and J’Accuse #2The name of this vaccine candidate refers to Reliance COVID vaccine. Reliance vaccines is a company started by Reliance Industries of India. Reliance vaccines hired me as a consultant (remember, before all of this, I ran a clinical research, proposal development, and regulatory affairs consulting business for decades?) to provide some advice and guidance to a new team that was being developed to create inexpensive new infectious disease vaccines – largely for the poor of India and emerging economy countries who are not well served by western big pharma. The consulting gig amounted to about once a week participating in a two hour zoom call in the middle of the night with India, listening to the executive team, providing advice when requested, and occasionally reviewing a document or two. Reliance is owned by Mukesh Ambani, one of the wealthiest people in the world, who once served in a leadership position at the WEF. Which I knew nothing about at the time. When I began helping the new team at this new vaccine startup to make various strategic business decisions (which are none of anyone’s business other than Reliance vaccines), they were not focused on developing a low cost, low tech vaccine for COVID. Remember, there are basically a billion poor in India. And companies like Reliance have requirements from the Indian government to basically tithe into a fund that goes to helping the poor. The intention was to use that fund to provide inexpensive, low tech vaccines (using well established traditional vaccine manufacturing processes and methods) for poor people. At the time, the only COVID vaccines were expensive and high tech gene therapy types, and those were really hard to get. The team developing RelCoVax was new – as a team- but mostly consisted of very experienced vaccine development specialists assembled from other established Indian vaccine companies.The technical approach chosen for developing RelCoVax is somewhat similar to that used by Peter Hotez for his vaccine, but was developed completely independently, and when the wraps were taken off of Peter’s vaccine (which is also manufactured in India, I believe), the RelCoVax team stalled a bit. Plus, in India, the regulatory authorities follow more strict guidelines that the FDA does – even before the FDA basically threw their rulebook into the trash. But the Indian regulatory authority has had some nasty experiences with new vaccines, notably ones pushed by the BMGF, and has become very wary and insistent that there be no shortcuts taken. Which takes time. As for me, my contract expired with Reliance just as this whole COVIDcrisis vaccine mess really heated up, and neither side sought to renew it. My last deliverable was preparation and presentation of a slide deck for a European vaccine conference (one of the reasons I took the Moderna jab was that I knew I was likely to need to go to France for the conference), which slide deck described the RelCoVax product. Date of the actual presentation was 22 September 2021, almost exactly a year ago. Here is the key slide describing the vaccine product candidate (below). I have no ownership or financial interest in this project or product. It is not and has never been “my vaccine”. It is not an mRNA vaccine. Anyone who states otherwise is spreading lies for some reason, some agenda. I will let you speculate about motives. Note that this vaccine does not include full length SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (unlike Novavax), rather it includes the receptor binding domain of Spike as well as another antigen, the nucleocapsid. It is highly likely to not have the “clot shot” adverse event profile of either the genetic vaccines or the Novavax product. But time will tell on that, and I have complete confidence that the Reliance team and the Indian Regulatory Authority will insist that all of the proper tests are done.For those who want to dig further, the slide deck which I presented can be found here. I have no idea of what developmental stage this vaccine product candidate is currently at. I am not involved in the project any longer. Any who consult for a living know that it is really not appropriate to discuss clients and their projects on public forums, but it seems that the conspiracy theorists have a sense of entitlement which much be addressed. And this slide deck was presented in a public forum, so there is that.Moving on to the next wild accusation…J’accuse! #2: Dr. Robert Malone is actually controlled opposition because he is currently working for the NIH/NIAID through the ACTIV program developing a next generation mRNA vaccine!This is one recent variant of a variety of similar accusations which have been thrown at me over the last couple of years because I have won or managed billions in federal contracts over the years. And have worked and published with people who are clearly deeeep state/intelligence/biodefense assets. These contracts have always been for other people, as for some reason my writing and technical skill has always been good enough to win contracts for others, but never NIH contracts for myself and my own research. I even wrote a proposal for an mRNA vaccine for coronaviruses back in the mid 1990s (oh-oh. Now they are going to weaponize that against me!), but it was rejected. As was my proposal to NIH/NIAID for development of pulsed electrical field driven polynucleotide delivery for vaccine purposes. Which was based on this paper and this paper and a few others. Way, way ahead of their time. Rejected because the study section “knew” that Merck vaccines had already solved the delivery problem for genetic vaccines. Which was also based on my work. But no, plenty for thee, none for me. Inder Verma warned me back in 1989 that if I left his lab at the Salk when I did, I would never get an NIH grant. And he was right. Which is why I turned to focusing on working with the US DoD in biodefense product development. But that is another story.I always find this line of attack strangely fascinating, in a twisted sort of way, as anyone who has actually followed what I have said, written and done over the last two years would have to conclude that if I am controlled opposition, I must be the worst double agent in the history of the United States. But conspiracy theorists are going to conspiracy theorize, and haters are going to hate. Just the way things are. Looking on the bright side, “Evil Cabal” is a definite step up from mass murderer, which is also an accusation that has been casually thrown about by many of these same people. Apparently I am accused of being a mass murderer for having invented the technology platform and idea (which the factcheckers and Alex Berenson dispute while disregarding the issued patents), as well as for promoting the work of Dr. Mattias Desmet regarding the Psychology of Totalitarianism. The latter is really hard (logically) for me to wrap my mind around, but there it is. The former I addressed at length in this substack article. And apparently I am now both a wolf in sheeps clothing as well as being the most interesting Doctor in the world. Which I filmed in support of that notorious deep state movie production “Plandemic 3”. Easy come, easy go. The proof of the accusation is everywhere you look. Mea culpa.So, what actually is ACTIV? Well, I have written about it before on this substack, and discussed it in various lectures as a source of NIH corruption, but, uh, yeah. See my prior statement that: The congressional charters for the “Foundation for the National Institutes of Health” and the “CDC Foundation” must be revoked. Sounds like I am definitely a part of the evil cabal. If your point of view is that of our opposition…. Which gets to the issue of psychological projection and low self esteem. Just saying. Not diagnosing.Back on topic- This is where it gets fascinating. Details. ACTIV is involved in vaccine development. Check. ACTIV is housed within the Foundation for NIH, which accepts money from Pharma and BMGF. Check. Never mind that I have called for the FNIH to have its charter dissolved. That must just be more deepstate double agent sneakiness on my part, right?Here’s the thing. I was a non-voting volunteer participant in the ACTIV TX- clinical trial working group. Put there at the request of my client DoD/DTRA, and in particular at the request of a GS14 that I had been mentoring at the request of a GS15 that I have known since he was a post Doc with Bob Gallo, and even before. Because I am an expert in clinical research, drug repurposing, virology, etc. Although, to be clear, I have never worked as a Bounty Hunter or as a drug rep. I was allowed to listen and occasionally comment because the DoD/DTRA wanted me there. And when I mentioned my participation (I think it was on the Rogan show), and also mentioned that the (voting) Merck representative on the committee tried to block the Ivermectin trials from going forward, my GS14 colleague got a nastygram from ACTIV suggesting that I should not be allowed to participate. And not long after that I dropped off. Which is a shame, because the reason I was there was to help get our fully powered, innovative inpatient and outpatient trials of the repurposed drugs famotidine, celecoxib, and ivermectin launched under DoD/DTRA funding which I had worked so hard to get dedicated to this project. But which clinical trials the FDA notoriously blocked until we dropped the Ivermectin component at insistence of the aforementioned DoD GS15. And which project I no longer support, although the clinical trials eventually got started. And oh, by the way, snarky factcheckers at Associated Press and Washington Post, the data now show that I was right and famotidine (pepcid) use is therapeutic for COVID-19 disease. But that is another story for another day.So, was I or am I involved with NIH/NIAID and ACTIV in developing a second gen mRNA vaccine? Absolutely not. Pure conspiracy thinking. The ACTIV TX (treatment) clinical trial working group is the group I was participating in (as a non-voting member), but have ceased participating in quite a while ago. I was trying to gather intel from the ACTIV TX-Clinical WG committee on behalf of and on request by my DoD/DTRA client so that we might get our inexpensive repurposed drug trial, involving repurposed drugs and combinations which I played a central role in identifying, so that we could save lives using readily available inexpensive products. Furthermore, ACTIV TX-Clinical WG is all about clinical trial design and management to test a range of pharmaceuticals, including both repurposed and new ones. It has nothing to do with vaccine development.Now, with all of that said, who are the ones that are being disruptive, making wild unfounded accusations, spinning unfounded conspiracy theories and doing things which advance the interests of our opponents? And who is just working away, day after day, getting stuff done, writing substacks, and traveling all over the world trying to help people.Controlled opposition is an interesting matter. It exists. But when effective you can only identify it by its shadow and footprints. By the trail of damage that it leaves. But those who repeatedly shout “Wolf” deserve a bit of skepticism. In my opinion. |
